The property is clean and comfortable. The service is outstanding!! They are the only place that we will stay.
Did not know that this was a airbnb when I booked until Expedia notify me that cleaning deposit is needed. When I tried checking in, property mgr was not ready for me nd I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get access info.
The property was very nice the lack of face to face contact with property managers was a little odd security was very efficient and my stay was very pleasant but i prefer to see a person that i deal with not a phone call

It was an amazing stay
Accomodations and location was PERFECT for our needs.
When I booked this room I had no idea that it was a room in a private home and that two other rooms were booked to strangers. I would have cancelled but the property rules that were sent to me stated that each bedroom has its own bathroom so I figured that would be ok. However, when I got there I found that I was sharing a bathroom. With strangers. Absolutely unacceptable to me. Also, in the two rooms that I entered, bedroom and bathroom, there were mean-sounding, threatening notes hung up. I’m giving you my money, under false information as to what I was paying for, and I have to be threatened to not ruin your “expensive” towels. I left the house as soon as I could, before 7am in the morning. It was an awful experience.
This was a family trip no one ever wants to make. So the ease of dealing with these folks made it much better. Thank you
First and foremost this is a house in suburbs of Vegas. I felt pretty safe since all the doors had keypad locks and there were cameras. There were a few cleanliness issues though. A stain on the blanket, a cockroach that came out of the restroom sink, and worst of all the shower in the shared restroom collected water. Thinking about the previous person’s dirt and skin flakes coming back up as the tub filled with collecting water is pretty gross. The staff member I did interact with was helpful.
DONT RENT HERE. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. Property complains that they have to pick up after guests. If you don't like it, don't rent your house as a hotel. The room was not trashed. There was a 3-4 cups not in the trash. Cry a river.
