Advantage Court

I found the listing under hotels n when I arrived it definitely was not a hotel! It was someone’s house in which I was not going to stay there and they still refused to refund me my money!! I feel like it was false advertising n I should be refunded. The customer service with expidia and the owners at advantage court was terrible I was left on hold for 2 1/2 hours disconnect and told I would receive an answer regarding my refund within 24 hours and after numerous calls again it took them 3 days to email me they were still waiting for a response from advantage court and I would receive an email within another 24 hours again it took them 3 days to just be told I would not be refunded! I believe that is terrible service false advertising and I would not recommend using expidia for booking to anyone and feel scammed by advantage court!! I still got charged for 3 days which was 250.00 it was listed as a hotel n it most certainly was not a hotel!!! So be careful ppl!!!

The place was proper

Book this place if you want to have the experience of staying at home instead of a hotel. It has its own advantages of multiple living spaces, outdoor area, you can cook if you feel like, etc. However - if you are expecting a hotel-like experience, room service/maintenance - then this is not a place. This place is so conveniently located most of the things you may need - I didn't drive more than 6-7 miles during my stay for what I needed - be it Starbucks, Albertsons or a public park for a walk, etc. However - what felt needed improvement is the cleanliness of the property, floors on bathrooms or otherwise didn't look clean at all. The floor mats in the bathroom were all dirty. I had a situation with Air Conditioner for the first two days and the people doing maintenance on the property don't have a clue around how to fix it. I asked them a couple of times before I escalated for resolution. They provide dishes and other needs in the kitchen but as it would be with any property - unless the people who use them maintain it - they aren't going to be kept clean - so I didn't get a good feeling when I used them but I ended up washing them a couple of times before using them. The executive suite that I booked had a king bed and a sofa bed - the King bed seemed to be decent but the sofa bed could be a little better. The neighborhood around this place is residential so it is fairly a quiet neighborhood. If they can up their game around cleanliness, this is a good option.

This is NOT COVID compliant. This is NOT a hotel. It is a hostel. Don't let the title fool you. It is not a hotel. You have a SHARED bathroom. How can this be COVID compliant? Who is sanitizing the bathroom after multiple people use the facility? Again, this is NOT a hotel, it is a home in the middle of a residential neighborhood. There is no on site parking, just residential street parking. I had to park over a block away. The check in process is complicated and the owner is VERY RUDE. Don't be fooled by the misleading pictures. The bed wasn't a real bed, it was a light gauge pipe bed with springs and a 6" plastic mattress. Again, this is a hostel, not a hotel. If you want to park on the street, rent a room and stay in a house and share a bathroom with a bunch of strangers with no on site staff, then be my guest. If you actually want to stay in a hotel, then look elsewhere.

Reserved 2 nites on thursday.. friday on arriving was told 2nd nite was not available even tho i had a confirmed reservation. They were going to give me a partial refund till i pointed out they violated the contract. So they said i will get a full refund for the 2nd nite. House was very nice. Well appointed. Room was nice BUTTTT the AC in the ceiling was blowing COLD AIR and never shut off all nite. The bed was very hard. One sheet and a skinny bedspread. Had to double it to stay warm. Only slept about 2 to 3 hours from 10p to 6a due to it being SO COLD. so a very nice facilty poorly furnished for bedding. Was very conveient to the soccer complex . Probably will not stay there again. Thank you.

The property worked very well for me and my two kids. The room had every thing we needed and so did the kitchen. The fact that it was self check in really worked as we arrived very late. The host was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We will stay there next year when we visit again.

Before you stay here you might want to take him to advise if there are a lot of Chinese Indiana and Islamic National stay here. It is a house we share a bedroom excuse me a bathroom with another room. Kind of a nice place with signs and cameras everywhere. It is very far from the Las Vegas Strip about 20 minutes and it is a neighborhood so if you're looking for it look for a Neighborhood House.

We booked well in advance and pre paid but when we got there it was overbooked and had no room for us.

I did not like to share the bathroom with another room. It was not very clean.
