一到飯店大廳就看到富士山，飯店很讚又幫我們升級成山景房，一早打開窗戶就看到富士山在面前，躺著看富;士山 很棒。還有接駁車到河口湖

化粧水や乳液が置かれていない。常備しているホテルが多い中、置いていなければきちんと明記しておいて欲しかった。また、フロントに問い合わせたところ、置いていませんの一点張り。チェックアウト時に一回分のミニセットが売店？にあるのを発見。言ってくれたら購入したのに。

温泉より富士山がみえて、お風呂のサイズも、ホテルの規模も丁度良かった。平日にのんびりしたかったが、小さい子供さんを、しかる親がいて温泉に入っている間中大声をあげていて、尚且つベランダで、廊下で騒いでいて子供ぎらいでは、ないのですが少し残念でした。
