"Excellent"

It is an amazing sight to look at as a building with amazing views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding Gotemba area. I think it’s more of a couples than family hotel that said the Tarami rooms are convenient for our 2 babies. The restaurant is nice but not entirely kids friendly. Location is excellent, 5 minutes drive from Gotemba outlet and other shops and restaurants plus fuji Speedway is only 20 minutes away. Finally good be an excellent offsite location for a company as it accommodates business meetings. Parking is solid and accessible

The room was just as we expected for a Japanese Style room, the Onsen was lovely (you pay a bath tax when you leave). We only stayed one night, the weather wasn't that great so we didn't get to see Mt Fuji, I'm sure the view would've been incredible if the weather was better. The public bus was close and you can get the bus from the train station. The hotel use to be called LaLa, some locals (taxi driver) didn't know the new name. Warning: There are no restaurants in the close vicinity, if you want to eat in the French Restaurant onsite you have to make a booking the day before! There are no other food options other than getting a taxi into town.
