Endroit magnifique ! Le design de l’hôtel est unique, sa situation géographique incroyable. Très bon service, le personnel de l’hôtel maitrise l’anglais. C’est vraiment très utile car, la grande majorité des affiches sont en Japonais

富士山の見えるお部屋にグレードアップしていただきました。天気にも恵まれお部屋からは綺麗に富士山を眺めることができ大変満足しています。お部屋は畳のタイプで広さもあり、テラスまでついていて快適に過ごすことができました。

高層階,眺望の良い部屋をリクエストしていたがイン時何の案内もなく2階の部屋に。 こちらから伺うとすべて眺めの良い部屋なので…とのこと。 リクエストが叶わないのはしょうがないですが、チェックイン時ホテル側からのアクション、説明がなかったのは残念でした。

お部屋から富士山がとても綺麗に見えました！とてもよかったです。コーヒー等フリードリンクもおいしかったです。 気になった点は、清掃が勝手に鍵を開けて入ってきたことです。それだけが残念です。

"Breathtaking Views of Mt. Fuji"

Great hotel with amazing views of Mt. Fuji. Check in was quick and easy even with my limited Japanese. The onsen was one floor below and also gave a breathtaking view of the famous volcano. Parking was easy and under the hotel. Wasn’t crowded so plenty of spots available. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t try it. Room was larger than a business hotel but same ole hard bed - the Japanese standard. It’s also a bit of a drive to Gotemba proper, but you are staying for the views. Overall, great hotel and recommend.

Likes: - Good view of Fuji-san clearly, especially from the ofuro - The open ofuro felt very nice - Clean Dislike: - The parking lot is a bit small considering the size of the hotel. - The relaxing room feels a bit abandoned. - The water server in the ofuro was left empty when I went there
