During our stay at Edsa Shang, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Ms. Bianca at the front desk. She is a true example of hospitality—very friendly and a great communicator. The room was clean and spacious; special thanks to Ms. Tess from Housekeeping. We are also very thankful to Sir Fernando for his help in handling our air conditioning difficulties. Overall, it was a nice experience!

he stay was excellent overall. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were warm, accommodating, and genuinely hospitable—they made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. It was also very convenient to have plenty of shops nearby.
