I have stayed at the Edsa-Shangri La six times over the past five years. My last visit was consistently good. The service, cleanliness, and quality of the hotel always impress. I will continue booking stays at Edsa-Shangri La and recommending this hotel to colleagues, friends, and family.

We had such a wonderful stay! My kids had an amazing time enjoying all the facilities, they didn’t want to leave! What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can really feel how sincere their smiles are, and it made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. This has easily become my kids’ favorite hotel in the Philippines, and we can’t wait to come back! 💛 Special thanks to Mika and Dein of Front Office (thanks for sending a cake for my Dad who’s celebrating his 65th bday, and for the chocolate treat for my kids), Vergel of Heat, the lady attendant at the indoor playground, the receptionists at the health club and the lifeguards and pool attendants! We recently stayed at Shangri-La and overall had a wonderful experience. Despite the hotel being full during check-in, it took less than an hour for us to get our room, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with lounge access, and this has easily become one of my favorite hotel lounges. The food selection was impressive, with a good variety to enjoy throughout the day. The pool was also a highlight, my kids had so much fun. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the staff. At one point, a staff member accidentally dropped my iced tea, but within less than a minute, other team members were already assisting me, helping me transfer to another lounge chair, and replacing all my towels. They are very attentive to guests’ needs. I also loved the pillows and the turndown service! such a nice touch. And the banana cake is a must-try, definitely worth the calories!!! Another thing I truly loved is the direct access to Shangri-La Plaza Mall. It was so convenient for quick errands, dining options, or just walking around without needing to go far. Just a small area for improvement: I understand the hotel is older, but the sofa pillow in our suite had a noticeable smell, like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or replaced for some time. The room also felt a bit dim due to the lighting and had a slightly “old” scent at first. Hopefully, room renovations can be considered in the future. Overall, still a great stay with exceptional service from the staff.

Great service all around specially housekeeping. I would like to special mention their housekeeping team Ms. Tess, Lindz and Kier for their warm hospitality, taking great care of our room needs and keeping it tidy at all times.
