Had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel staff from the Guest Relations Team, particularly Princess, Hart and Karen made sure to make our special day memorable. Will definitely be back. ❤️

"Damien's best Shangri-la experience"

The swimming pools are very big and there's multiple pools that I cannot try them all because im enjoying my time in the slide kiddie pool and the one at 1.15meters. I really love it! Staffs are very accomodating and courteous. I love the food at our breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Edsa Hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the crisp linens to the well-maintained facilities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for both rest and productivity. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant overall experience. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again! Staff was fantastic. Communication was top notch. From pick up at the airport to hotel stay and drop off at the airport everything went smoothly. Great lobby lounge. Great pool and pool staff. Wonderful experience at the spa . Would use again for our next trip.

Choice of facilities, great gym and pool

The property was fine , looks like it’s time for some up grades in rooms and outside window areas. But in saying that it was a great stay.
