Guest House Avenida

The place is clean and well decorated. They provide towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, and other amenities. The room was a suite, so I had a private bathroom, which is great. The location is excellent, near the most beautiful avenue in Lisbon and with easy access to public transport. The shower had plenty of pressure, which made it possible to take relaxing showers. I received very detailed instructions regarding the access codes for the building and the apartment. Beautiful place, fancy location. Despite the negative issues I will mention, which need to be improved, I recommend the it.

The worst part of the experience was a woman, accompanied by two children, knocking on my door and others, speaking loudly in the corridor, demanding that we open the door. She sounded like the police, and as if I had done something illegal. It was very embarrassing. She said that, since we hadn't filled out the form, she was obligated to do this. I understand the need to request documents, but there are many more respectful ways to do it. A simple message via WhatsApp would have solved the issue. The room had no windows facing the street. The bathroom window and the bedroom windows had a direct view of the apartment corridor. There was no way to leave the window open for privacy reasons. There was a patch of mold on the ceiling. The mattress was a little hard, but that's a matter of personal preference. It didn't spoil my night. The noise of people entering and leaving the apartment, and talking in the corridor and in the rooms was a bit bothersome.

Bathroom had open windows to common bathroom and had ants. Windows hard to close. Floors very worn out. Overall seemed worn out.

Pokój był świetny! Niczego nam nie brakowało. Duży pokój, czysta łazienka, kuchnia z balkonem - wszystko bardzo komfortowo. Z tyłu znajdował się basen oraz leżaki - nigdy dla nikogo leżaka nie zabrakło 😁 Właściciel to świetny człowiek, zawsze miły i uśmiechnięty. W pokoju było bardzo czysto, co dwa dni mieliśmy zmieniane ręczniki oraz co 3-4 dni zmienianą pościel. Niezapomniany pobyt w niezapomnianym, cudownym hotelu 🩷 10/10

Ottima posizione per visitare Lisbona. La stazione metro Avenida è a pochi passi dalla struttura e anche le fermate dei vari bus. Non lontano si trova anche un tram che permette di evitare la salita per arrivare in zona bairro alto.

Le finestre della stanza con il bagno privato sono inutilizzabili, poiché affacciano sul corridoio dove si trova il bagno in comune. La stanza non ha condizionatore ma solo un ventilatore. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e si sta in stanza solo per dormire è comunque fattibile.

La zona

Stanza sporca al nostro arrivo (capelli e macchie dentro la doccia) e l’ambiente lasciava a desiderare, muri sporchi con muffa, non cé aria condizionata e se fa caldo beh…in bocca al lupo!
