Ottima posizione, appartamento luminoso.

Non c'è aerazione e privacy perché la camera con bagno privato è ricavata tra un altro bagno a uso comune e una veranda.

The house was a bit cold. I went in winter, and while the room had a small electric fire, the common areas were too cold to use confortably

no A/C. the building looks very outdated inside. elevator is very TINY. shower place also very small. For 1-2 nights, ok for staying..but do not expect much...

The apartment's location was definitely it's biggest strength. Located near the "linha azul" Avenida station, it made it really accesible to the touristic sights in Lisbon.

It's a really old building and a really old apartment. The elevator felt unsafe and had an awful smell. Ventilation inside the apartment was not good and it felt humid and really hot. Also, there was no air conditioning and you can't leave the windows open because the mosquitoes will eat you alive. They charge you 24€ as a cleaning fee wich I believe to be outrageosuly expensive for what you get.

my lower rating was it was so loud when people spoke on the terrace. it was like they were in my room I couldn't sleep. also, I can see a person's head when I'm on the toilet and they're having a shower and also hear everything. I felt like I had no privacy as the bathroom window also had no curtains and I could see movement by my window while I was in the shower. I feel like the room needs to feel private. I didnt get that and was a feeling uncomfortable at times when in the bathroom, and I booked a private bathroom for the feeling of privacy.

but the ventilator. Not enough for summer. At conditioner would make it 10/10.

The apartment is very clean and washroom was a good size. Location is good and the help was very sweet. We communicated through Google translate!

It’s one big apartment turned into 7 rooms to rent with a shared kitchen. Even if you’re in bed and just chatting and giggling away, the sounds echo through the house and people come knocking because they’re disturbed. Felt like a glorified hostel and felt like we got more bang for our buck in other properties around Portugal.
