Guest House Avenida

A good property, a very spacious room, clean etc.

It is not a guest-house, it is a flat with six rooms. All facilities shared. It can be quite noisy in the flat, with guests coming in and out. So if you are a light sleeper, it might not be easy to sleep! Also, for a sole traveller, it does not feel super safe.

Good Location and room size very confortable

Shared bathroom, only 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms. In 3 nights weren't cleaned.

Very Centric area, we walk everywhere the entire stay.

I wanted a bathroom in the room! No air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open and the waste truck was very early and they were in some construction the noise was pretty annoying!

Walking distance to everything in beautiful Lisboa. There is an Aldi only a 5 minute walk. Also, a great self-serve laundry. The room is clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen, which is very handy. The lady cleaning the rooms was very friendly and forgiving with our lack of Portuguese. Fernando replied to our questions promptly. Self check in is straightforward. This accommodation is a guest house over one floor in an apartment building with individual rooms and shared facilities. We booked the room with our own bathroom, and this suited us.

Instructions on how to operate the main door are very clear, yet many guests seemed to struggle as we could hear them! (This is not the fault of the accommodation.) Guests should keep mindful of noise when entering.

Common bathroom. It was clean but waiting for your turn is a bit inconvenient

Very clean and open space. The reservation said with terrace but we didn’t have it. It is very close to the metro and the city center

Very noisy. You can hear everything and everyone in the room next to you, if someone speaks very loud at the kitchen it can be heard. The property is close to some bars so late at night you can hear drunk people. Some people in the floor woke up at 7am and were noisy so we couldn’t sleep properly
