This property is in need of an update. The room was filthy and smelled. Carpet was dirty, all vents were coverd by dust, blinds were dusty, bedroom doors wouldn't shut, walls had food on them, ants in one bathroom coming out the light socket and the latch on the door wS loose.

Great experience and I would highly recommend

The location. The 2bedroom/2bathroom w/kitchen, fireplace, and living area.

Complete hassle to check in after midnight. They canceled my room then wouldn’t take the credit card attempting to be used. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk to check us in and give us keys. The odor triggered all of our asthma symptoms and we required our inhalers for the duration of the stay. The pull out coach was filthy. I had to purchase a waterproof tarp and tablecloth to even sit on it. Sad to say that I easily spent an additional $75-100 on cleaning supplies . Our room had the most horrible odor, was covered in filth and dead bugs, the dishwasher was completely destroyed and nonfunctional and covered in a caked on chemical. I spent the first 4 hours just cleaning the space. I got NO SLEEP the night we arrived. If my boys weren’t expected to wake up at 6:45 to compete at 8am…I would’ve went somewhere else for accommodations. I chose this hotel because I thought I was in an affluent area of Columbus…wow was I surprised! The “residents” at the hotel were rude with their dogs and smoking marijuana 24/7, my family travels regularly w/sports and we’ve stayed in over 100 hotels. This was in the top 3 WORST conditions ever!

they had great online ratings, 1st room smelled so bad I instantly got a headache, moved me to another room that smelled just as bad and told me that was the only room they had and it was non refundable. I left and went to a different hotel across the street that was much cleaner and did not smell. Don't trust the reviews!

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The photos online were completely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the hotel. Shockingly, we received an email after paying for our reservation stating that “hotel images may not represent the actual look of the property.” That should have been our first red flag. When we arrived, we were confused—it looked more like a run-down apartment complex than a hotel. There was no clear signage, and the exterior was uninviting. We stood at the front for quite a while before anyone came to assist us. There was no opportunity to view the room before checking in. The walkway to our room was in poor shape—scattered debris, dirt, and cobwebs everywhere. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The door to our room was visibly damaged, we later discovered it didn’t close or lock properly, which raised serious safety concerns. We ended up placing a barrier in front of it to keep bugs from getting in. Inside, the room was a mixed bag. The furniture was visibly stained and worn, the carpet was ripped and soiled, and appliances were broken or barely functional. The bathroom was unpleasant—there were stains on the fixtures and debris on the floor, and the entire space had a strong musty odor that never went away. We found and killed a roach in the kitchen area. this stay was far below acceptable standards. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked our stay through expedia, check in qas smooth. Opened the door to the room and it smelled like an old bowling alley. Blood stain on the rug. Just a dirty room. Felt like section eight. Spend the extra $100 elsewhere. Not worth risking bed bugs or god knows what else. Was also told after seeing the room expedia said it was not a good enough reason for a refund.

The room was big had a kitchen, couch, fireplace and king size bed. However, the room was not cleanly or up to date. The carpet was dirty, the room had an odor, the couch looked dirty, and the furniture was old and peeling. The kitchen, which was supposed to be stocked with utensils had some, but there were clearly items missing that had not been replaced. The room did not look like the pictures where the furniture looked bright, clean, and newer. It had a lot of potential. I really loved that we had a kitchenette and could cook our own meals there.
