Stairs to 2nd floor I am slightly handicapped and the stairs are an impediment

Arrived early and was to come back at 4pm for check in. Returned and received key card. Card did not work so had to go back to desk. Got new cards. Those cards did work except the room was occupied with someone else’s belongings. Returned to desk and given new room. Fire alarm battery alert going off every 15 minutes. Told front desk and they said maintenance would be by in morning to fix. This is Friday night. I checked out Monday morning and no one ever fixed it. Also, for a skin infection from the pool.

Room was dirty, different kind of bugs everywhere, kitchen not clean, bathroom not clean with hair everywhere and the carpet om the floor was very dirty with stains. Even leading up the outside stairs to the room is filthy. I was highly disappointed.

Would like to start off by saying, check in lady was wonderful and very helpful, the on call front desk was very sweet. Now the bad no management available by call, no staff at front desk at night. The hotel has several people living in it throughout and across the way several people working telecommunications up all night and roaming the outside. The night we stayed there was a drunk guy shooting fireworks in the empty lot next door and was very agressive and upset all the people living there. The room was unclean and very outdated. Tears in the carpet, stains and any other room they offered me was exactly the same or had some other problem. Eventually my last straw was finding the bugs various types of bugs found throughout and I wasnt going to take any of them home with me so my family left and stayed elsewhere, hotels .com refunded my money as they were not able to get ahold of the hotel for further refunds. It was aweful!

We checked in late. No one at front desk so we had to call and wait for someone to show up. The pictures looked great. The room was horrible. Nasty and smelled of amoke so bad we was there 2 hours before getting another room up the road. Stay somewhere else. Pictures of actual room with broken locks

Carpet needs replaced. Stained and dirty.

The first room we got smelled strongly of marijuana. Since there is no smoking in any of the rooms, I am perplexed as to why this happened. The staff was annoyed when I told them. Having a serious allergy to it and not wanting my kid around it, this was discouraging. The second room smelled ok, but was dirty. The sofa bed was disgusting. There was stuff spilled on the table that I had to clean up. Overall gross place. Very disappointed. I should get a refund.

First off we had to wait 2 hours after our scheduled check in time to get our room. Then the room wreaked of cigarette smoke, had not been cleaned, had giant stains all over the carpet, and dead bugs everywhere. My toddler crawled on the floor for 10 minutes and his hands turned black. We called to ask for a different room and they wouldn’t do anything for us. We checked out immediately and went to a hotel right around the corner While we were moving our stuff out of the room, we ran into a large group of people in town for a family reunion. They reported dirty rooms and spiders everywhere to us, but they decided to stay since they had such a large group

My first room I took my shoes off on the carpet and I stepped in something wet... So they gave us another room, in the second room the shower had hair in it and hair all over the bathroom area floor. Yall this place is gross. The couches haven’t been cleaned I don’t think since they been put in those rooms. Cabinets had what seemed coffee grinds all in them, which you think they’d clean the cabinets before next guest. Do not recommend. I felt gross even after cleaning the tub and taking a shower
