Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Pineville

It was clean and near shopping center.

The hotel location was excellent. Short drive from the airport but yet get you outside the crazy traffic. The hotel overall is excellent. Highly recommended to stay again. The only things I would say that could be improved upon is it does show a little bit of wear throughout the hotel and the room. Again I am being picky because important readers know what I see. But this is an incredibly strong for. I will absolutely be staying there again. And if you come I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the value overall do I needed location and the room quality.

The beds need to be replaced the mattress was not good and call for help on n t v not good

Had a great stay! Hotel had a lovely lobby and staff were very welcoming. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. There was no excessive noise. We were also very pleased with the breakfast options - 2 types of waffle mix, eggs, bacon, and many cold items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like urine and animals. The door had clearly been broken into (broken wood/trim). Carpet was torn/ripped in places. The bed smelled like animals.

Location worked for me and the breakfast was simple and convenient.

Floor was wet by the air conditioning unit. Smelled musty and almost urine like, but I assume and would really hope that it was just from the AC unit. I would have said something, but I was staying just one night and it was already late. It would not be easy to see but I definitely felt it with my shoes off when I was closing the curtains. Then I smelled it. Smelled like urine.

Front desk clerk Catherine, was very kind & patient with us as Booking.com messed up our reservation. Later in the evening, we were looking for a place ser ing seafood boils, Catherine recommended Shake, Shake, 2 minutes up the street. It was delicious!

Sliding door to bathroom room heavy & hard to slide. The TV remote room didnt work; I think it needed new batteries. For a 2 queen room, it was snall.

My bathroom was still under construction!! Shower fixtures were not fully installed and the new Sheetrock had not been mudded, taped or painted. The 2x4s supporting the vanity top in the bathroom could look less obvious if they were just painted. Nice barndoor on bathroom but NO handle to open from the iinside!

This review is specifically about the staff at the Charlotte/Pineville Hampton. My son lost his Apple Watch in our room. We searched the entire room and couldn’t find it. I left a note at the front desk with our contact information. About a week and a half later, I called them to inquire if it had been found…..and they had it! They held it for us until we were able to make it back to Charlotte 3 weeks later. This is a level of honesty and integrity we often find lacking in many interactions today. Thank you Pineville Hampton!
