Friendly and accommodating staff, good restaurants.

Lack of Air condition for a few hot days in late spring. Fan noise is loud. Strong cigarette smoke in some room and hallways. Rooms are good size but lack of maintenance and modern updates. Pillow and bed causing neck and back pain. No proper sitting in the lobby. No shopping center, or super market within 1 kilometers. Local people are used to online shopping making it very hard for tourists who don’t have bank card of local phone to complete online shopping, which is a common problem around the city.
