The service there is not satisfying, and the facilities are old. It is hard to believe that you need to queue for about half an hour just to check in. The first room smelt bad, but the hotel agrees to change the room for me.

"Cockroach Infested"

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. It's old with dated bathroom and dirty carpet in the guest room and hallways. The lobby, breakfast, and service are ok, but beware of cockroaches in the guest room!
