Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

It seemed no one was hardly staying there and when we checked in and went to our room we knew why. There was old food left in the fridge. Water stains with ceiling pieces falling. The room made us feel extremely itchy fast. The pool and hot tub were the main reason we booked there and they were closed. Plus the room we originally booked they didn't have any available so they have us a different room that wasn't suitable. Wouldn't book there for the price they ask. You can pay the same for better.

Urine on the floor and dirt in the tub. Gross!!! We left.

Do not book this hotel. We booked a one night reservation so we could catch an early flight the next morning. When we got there, we saw the sign on the front door below. Rooms were dirty. Area was unsafe. The clerk is behind the glass and you hand your credit card to her through a 2 inch wide opening for her protection. We took one look at the room and left without staying, ended up just going to the airport early.

It was my fault for choosing a cheaper room. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours before we continued on. I thought i could count on Days Inn, but this is the second time they have let me down. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again or Wyndham for that matter. It was really scary, and questionable of whether we were going to stay. These are pictures of our room next door.

The maintenance on these rooms were very poor. Light fixtures about to fall off the walls and a huge hole in the bathroom door. There were also cockroaches in our room. Front desk told us an exterminator was on his way but never showed up. Personnel at front desk seemed lazy and got upset when we requested anything.

This property is under Notice of Public Nuisance due to the high frequency of call to emergency services including police at this address. We did not understand the situation when we booked. We requested a smoke free room and was given a room that smelled of smoke. There were burns in the bedding from cigarettes. We were given another room but the bedding looked stained and the room was dirty. The rooms were unclean and potentially dangerous. We did not stay at this property, but left and went to another hotel. It was advertised that there would be a breakfast but when I asked the clearly while confirming the hotel room she stated that they did not actually have a breakfast. This is false advertising.
