Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

This place is a dump, there is a lot of issues with the rooms. No running water, no towels no microwave, no iron, no pool, none working fridge, no breakfast. Blood on the sheets. Front office gave us occupied rooms at first. We want our money back.

I did not stay there. I could not find anyone to check in and called multiple times and walked in. No one was there

No one responded in the front desk

Room did not have remote for tv and door was completely missing from the restroom and curtains had burns in them as well as the sheets had burns in them and seen a few roaches. No soap and shampoo like every Normal hotel would have and no and sign up front advertises breakfast and door is locked and no one there. The hair dryer was missing and also the iron. I booked cause the price wasn’t bad but I would never wish for anyone to stay at a place like this. Worst place I’ve ever stayed my entire life. But they can only burn you once. And room wasn’t even ready to check in when I got here

The whole area is crawling with drug addicts that come and go linger throughout the night. Coming and going. Motel 6 next door is worse with cars coming and going people pacing walkways all hours of night. Security at Motel 6 leaves at night. No staff at Days Inn 11-7. Rooms at both motels are being used by drug users and other mysterious and ominous activity. Walking zombies. Not one time did I look out window after midnight and not see mysterious activity. I left at 2:30 not trusting my work trailer safety to sleep. I drove to nicer hotel north end of town and slept in my truck in parking lot

You owe me a refund! It said 3 rooms left when I booked. I was the only guest. Lots of motels in same area…should have stayed in one of those. No drinking glass in room…one half roll of to. Ceiling cracked. I took photos..

Pool/spas are filthy, room floors are sticky, front desk service is a joke. No breakfast either. Don’t waste any time here.

Keys didn’t work, had to change rooms several times, blankets had holes in them, last room had no blankets.

Please avoid this property at all cost. Saw the pictures this app advertised and its a fraud. Made the mistake of not doing my research on this location and booked a night stay with my wife kids and in laws and feared for the safety for our safety. As other reviews mention this is homeless infested area and located in a terrible side of town and rooms were extremely dirty and had stuff missing. The bathroom had graffiti on the walls and bed sheets had cigarette burns.
