Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

We first tried to drive to the motel, and the police had the street closed due to a bomb threat at the Super 8 motel which is across the street from this Days Inn. We went to eat dinner and came back. There is sign on the front door that states Albuquerque PD will not answer calls at this motel because it is public nuisance. The first room the key card did not work on 2nd floor. We asked for a first floor room. The state of the room is beyond belief. The chair has stains. The sheets and towels have stains. There is a hole in the wall with cockroaches crawling in. Then we witnessed a drug deal go down right by our car. The desk clerk left at 530pm. There was no one to help us. Wyndham's customer service was useless! We left and went to a Holiday Inn. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We did not even stay there. It felt sketchy and completely unsafe.

Property is in really bad shape. You can see doors that have been broken into which makes you wonder how did you pick that property. There is no breakfast included.

Office was locked and had a Notice of Public Nuisance posted on the door by the City and the Police. I should have left right then, but after 12 hours driving I just wanted to sleep. Called manager's number on the door and she showed up 15 minutes later. Sign in the lobby said breakfast was no longer served at this location. Another sign said all rooms are non-smoking rooms. When I got to the room it smelled of smoke. The couch and chair had stains that looked like they had soaked up a lot of fluids. The phone was not connected to anything, the bathroom had a crumbling ceiling, no toilet paper holder, rusty screws on the floor and rust in the tub. Everything was filthy. Then the vagrants started wandering around the parking lot, looked like drugs and prostitution but I did not stop them to ask. I tried reaching the manager again but without any result. I left. You should never go there in the first place!

Reserved for ammenities, sauna, breakfast, ice machine, pet friendly. NO SAUNA, No bfast, couldnt check in at 4pm. No one at office. Called #. Room reserved not ready. Then, the room i get changed too...ugh, smells, not ground floor. AND room next to me, fully smashed in window. Lota of loiters out front of gate, not a safe stay

Customer services was great, staff was professional, did their best with what they have. property it self was trash, smell not the best due to maintenance, a/c loud and door lock was old and damage, pillows or mattress not the best wont give it a single star ....

Illegals staying here. Booked on line but when arrived door locked, sign said broken pipe. Very shade people outside with doors open to rooms. Tried calling hotel to cancel, no answer. Tried calling cancelation number to cancel, no answer. Calling credit card company to stop payment. Booking agent should have known hotel was locked, illegals or homeless only. 🤔

Never stayed, they did not have rooms available.

Staff are rude, pool is dirty with cockroaches, rooms are dirty, no towel, no shampoo, no soap, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, aircon is terrible, room is hot, facilities are dirrty especially the comfort rooms
