Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

This was worse than sleeping in our vehicle. The worse place ever.

Stay at your own risk. Property has been run into the ground. Homeless break windows to get into rooms and they put up plywood. Bed spread had cigarette burn marks all over it. No toilet paper holder. Shouldn't have been on Expedia in the first place. They did give me my money back after my wife walked into the room and said I'm not staying here.

Comforters has hole on them,room has hole on them and bugs (cockroach) inside the room,they charge too much its because of balloon festival there we're no choice,when you look at the website it looks nice but when you get there it looks terrible and smell cigarette

Awful. Can’t believe Wyndham put their name on that property.

We found a used syringe in our bathroom. The beds had stains & holes, we ended up leaving a day before our stay ended to go to another hotel because it was so bad. The trash around the property was insane. Felt unsafe for me & my kids to continue staying there. No towels, barely anyone working there. Just more hassle than it’s honestly worth. Do not waste your money, time or energy with this hotel.

The room was horrible and dirty. The lights didnt work and the walls looked like they were being worked on. We asked for a refund and left. I dont understand how Hotels.com has them listed on their website. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

The a/c didn’t work, property was extremely hot. We weren’t give any towels, toilet paper or pillows!!

The place was creepy, really unsafe. When we arrived there, there were a lot of homeless people roaming and others smoking. There was security car parked inside the hotel vicinity, seems like there was an incident happened. The lights of the security car was on. Nobody from the hotel accommodated us. We tried to call them and rang the bell several times but to no avail. We checked if there were notice, and to found out that there was a letter from the public office saying that the hotel is issued with “Notice of Public Nuisance”. That was when we realized that it was closed for a purpose. But, we already paid for it. We paid for literally NOTHING, and was really unsafe on top of that.

I have stayed there in the past and it was decent but nothing special. This time the tub was grimy and there was a hole in the top sheet. Dead cockroach on the floor. This place is just plain worn out, should be condemned and rebuilt. The property owners obviously do not want to put any money for a full remodel. While a cheap price, the place is just worn out.

We are on our second night. No card keys have ever worked. We had to call a certain number so they could come and open our room every time we left. Our room was dirty since day one. Nobody came to clean it during our stay. Ridiculously bad!!!!!
