"A traditional Japanese Green Inn (name sake) in a beautiful setting and a very nice host."

Very nice setting with a creek running through behind it. The water is apparently clean enough to drink directly. The place is clean and we had the 2nd floor to ourselves with a small kitchen, toilet, two tatami rooms and a room with 4 bunk beds. The host is very nice and brought us grapes and green tea on arrival. We cooked dinner and ate leftovers for breakfast. We were allowed to use the washer-dryer combo next to the shower on the first floor for free. It was a perfect stay.

We rented a car, so it was very easy to get to the Inn. Public transportation would be hard, but taxi would work well from the train station.

Awesome host. Beautiful scenery. Lovely garden. Spacious. Great value. Rent a car or be ok with walking. Cabs are rare here. The creek is fabulous.

"Great place"

The whole place was pretty clean. The host was more than friendly, he was really cute, he even learned the word thank you in Hungarian for us.

It was quite far from the bus station or the centre. We had to walk 15-20 minutes, there were only a few street lights there too.

It was great experience staying at Midorian, the owner is very kind and has his house very clean. The flat is on the second floor, very spacious and well located if you want to be amount the nature. Highly recommended

"A tranquil mountain stay by the river with a wonderful host!"

The location is AMAZING you are right beside the river in a very tranquil area. Masayuki- our host- was very accommodating and helpful. He gave us directions, maps, guide books in English and fresh strawberries. The rooms were spacious and well equiped for us to make light meals. There is a table with a heater underneath which we absolutely loved. It’s a short walk from a beautiful waterfall and a 20 minute walk to the Shrine. We absolutely recommend staying here!

This was the most enjoyable stay! it’s a beautiful house in Japanese style an you will have the whole upper floor for yourself. The owner of the house is so cool and chill and so hospitable! A very good soul. He created a gorgeous garden around the house and there is a river right in the back. you will wake up with a beautiful view and the sound of the river. we had the best weekend here!!
