Do not go to this hotel. Not a typical Hyatt experience. Hotel has a bad odor upon entering, it smells like sewage and is very off putting. We decided to book another hotel instead of staying based off the look and smell of the lobby.

The Breakfast was great! We slept well and it was quiet. Room was not up to par! 6/10 could have been cleaner. Pool was closed - should have been posted on web-site.

The hotel was clean, the customer service was exceptional, and I would stay again. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very accommodating.

People at the front desk were wonderful, and the hotel is nice, however, my experience was bad because my room was dirty. The beds were full of hair, we found a drink bottle on the floor, the soap holder was nasty and the room in general was dirty. We had to ask for new sheets. It’s bad that the cleanliness of the room ruined our whole experience.

Super limited amenities and service. Very bad food and no food options at all.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but people need to know this is not a typical Hyatt. No hot water. Even after letting it run for a long time .... only one of four of us in our room got warm water -- and for only 90 seconds at that. Dirty breakfast area (a couple - of many - examples -- everyone's shoes loudly stuck to the floors, bowls holding condiments splattered with old food and unknown debris in them), and very few items available for breakfast. Cereal gone. Plates gone. No creamer. Ran out of sugar. Very meager offerings compared to other Hyatt Places. When I complained of no hot water in our room, I was told no one else had complained of this (amazing my room was the ONLY room in the hotel without hot water!). Then I go back and look at the reviews of this hotel ... everything I experienced is nothing new. Very poor management of this hotel, which is also in disrepair and falling apart. I have had several recent stays at four other Hyatt Places in the past 6 weeks -- night and day to what we just experienced. Hyatt needs to send someone to stay here and see what is happening. Also -- when I brought up all of these problems to front desk -- no offer to reimburse me in any way. No offer to pass me on to management to discuss it. And no acknowledgment that any of this was true. A disappointing, frustrating, pretty gross, and slightly bizarre stay.

The hotel was extremely dirty and falling apart. Our luggage was gone through while we were out and meds were stolen. Do not recommend staying there.

Hyatt Blue Ash is in serious need of updating. It is understaffed, and that affects everything. Breakfast was not always on time, and there is no coffee available before 0630.

Trash in the garbage cans. Dust everywhere and dried blood on the comforter. I would never stay there again.
