"Although the staff was nice, the cleanliness was not up par."

The location was great! The hotel was easy to find and centrally located close to other amenities. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was a pair of underwear left in the corner of the room and there was a soiled wash cloth on the side of the tub when we arrived. We were unable to locate the remote control, and the telephone did not work.

"Late night check in"

I was having work done at my house, so I needed somewhere to stay a couple nights. I called them around 11pm on a Sunday night. Was glad they had openings at a decent price. Check in process was easy. Front desk person was nice.

"We had a nice stay except for the lack of water pressure in the shower and the breakfast wasn’t good"

Food was cold. And didn’t have pastries or even a waffle maker. Coffee was in a one small pot. There were too many people not to have enough coffee. Next time we will just stay asleep instead of waking up early to get the breakfast.
