Location

No smart tv, a/c very noisy&controls were inoperable . Free breakfast was poor. Laminate your signage in elevators. Scotch taping posters in elevator visually not appealing

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired compared to other hiatt place hotels I have stayed at.

"I enjoyed my time"

I loved the location. Plenty of things in the area to do.

The TV barely worked and when it did there was nothing to watch on TV. I suggest upgrading to smart TV's so guest can log into streaming services.

The front desk people were very friendly, made the kids, my ole lady, and myself very comfortable and right at home

I didn't realize they didnt have an indoor pool like their other locations

"Not the best hotel I have been to"

Location is really nice, but overall experience was lackluster. Staff were friendly and helpful, but room was not clean. Additionally, the breakfast was lacking. Went midway through the breakfast time and there was not a lot left. What was left was not great. If you want a Hyatt in this location, this is the one but come prepared for not a great experience

"Hyatt isn’t the same and inconsistent"

The staff was cheery and helpful. BUT the sheets in the room pilled and I pulled back the dirty on the edges duvet I saw dark hairs. Ewww. The phone charger when I moved it had a used condom wrapper under it. There was still lubricant on the night side table. Also the charger in this room was gross AF. I was moved and had smooth sheets but another dirty phone charger w grime and grease. So I recently found out over the weekend that Hyatts are privately owned and it’s like the Wild West. I stayed w them because the one in Las Olas Ft Lauderdale is GREAT! So I earn points and get free night and perks. I am using up my points and will be leaving Hyatt after 3 bad experiences in 1.5 weeks.

Really the only positive might be that it was the cheapest room at the time of booking.

The rooms don't appear to actually be cleaned every time someone checks out. Because when you find a pair of underwear behind the bathroom door you really have to question that.
