The room had not been cleaned. There was trash in the bathroom and on the floor. There were gashes in the walls and the room smelled.

First of all! Whenever you list something…. Go look at it first! I didn’t even stay! Ended up going to the Holiday Inn Express because the Beaumont looked like a “CRACK HOUSE”

My a/c was broken and my television was broken. I told the manager and he came and looked at it but did not have a room available to move me. It was hot the entire time. I also never recieved my deposit back. I left the room very clean.

The rooms were old and need updated . The exterior of the rooms had trash left out and shoes everywhere . The room appeared clean though .

Staff was inattentive, breakfast is terrible. After forgetting some clothes in the closet they held them for me but did not return my hangers which clearly were not hotel property

They absolutely the best thing that I enjoyed about this property is that the staff was so welcoming and extremely nice and when I had a problem checking out they assisted me with collecting some things that I had left behind and let me pick them up the next day so that was extremely nice of them so I think they did a great job with that
