We went to the Spa @ Essex the day B4 Mother’s Day as a family to relax and recharge. I had a facial with Baylee. After addressing my needs and concerns she came up with a facial perfectly designed for me. Baylee was friendly and professional. Her touch on my face was comforting and soothing. The room and table were very comfortable. Loved the warm cream and oil on my hands, arms and shoulders (complete w/warming mitts). Also did an Enhancement of hot oil scalp treatment. Looking forward to returning to the Spa and having Baylee as my facialist. Great Job!

Every employee was wonderful! They went out of their way for us with our room and ideas for our stay! Our only regret was that we had to leave early due to a death in the family ( they didn’t charge us for the days that we couldn’t stay) and we didn’t want to go

Room was spacious and clean

No hot water - and therefore, no one in our family was able to shower. We called the front desk and their response was "What do you want us to do about it?". We had used the pool hours earlier and even then the spa/pool area hot water in the locker rooms was only lukewarm.
