The location was great! The hotel is beautiful.

The check in took forever. There was a glitch in the system and they did not have our room. They tried to put us in separate rooms and than when I said no we had to wait almost 2 hours after check in for our room. I was told I would receive a discount and than that never happened either.

Did not have the room we booked at check-in. It was 4:40 before our room was ready and we were not given a comparable room to what we booked. The air in the room we got into did not work well so it was uncomfortable during the night.

The property itself is quite lovely. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant. The problems began when we got up to our room. The bathroom door was completely missing the mechanism that latches into the doorframe so that you can actually close the door. The refrigerator had a really gross rust colored dripping stain in it and smelled rotten. There were two spoons for cutlery and like a plate and a bowl. Someone else's socks were in the dryer. There was no laundry detergent for the washer, no dish soap to do any dishes, and no paper towels or napkins to dry any dishes or eat with. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. The beds were fine, luckily. There is an enormous walk-in closet in the larger bedroom that has a full-length mirror in it. We spoke with the front desk about the smelly fridge and the broken bathroom door. Someone from engineering came up and said they would go see if they had a part for the door and if not, they'd get back in touch with us the following day. Someone from housekeeping cleaned the fridge, but after that we realized it wasn't even cooling so we still couldn't use it. I reported this as well and someone wheeled up a mini fridge to our dining room which did work and did not stink. Unfortunately no one ever did anything about the bathroom door. If I had been traveling with my partner I would have been okay with it, but I was with a friend and we were both very uncomfortable knowing we couldn't latch it.

First time staying at the Georgian Terrace. The service and staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in midtown, right across from the Fox Theatre. Our room was upgraded to a king suite, which was very spacious. Comfy bed too. The furnishings are a bit outdated. We loved the coffee shop connected to the hotel and you can sit out on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great Location if you are going to a show at the Fox theater! Furnishings could use a refresh. But staff was amazing.

Great hotel, rooms and space is very nice. Hotel Front Desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue with the 2 bedroom suites is only one bathroom exists making a single bathroom challenging for multiple guests. Not having working ice machines on the floor isn't convenient. The room was clean but one of the beds was in need of a new/better mattress. All in all, the hotel is very nice, historically beautiful and the restaurant/bar had great service and food. Lack of online access to the folio is very inconvenient for a business traveler. That, alone, will keep me from booking again. With frequent travel, chasing down business records is not an option. Would give 5 for the experience but missing an interactive online option is a deal-breaker.
