"LAST MINUTE ROOM ATTEMPT - OWNERSHIP WAS FANTASTIC IN ACCOMODATING"

CAME IN AFTER HAVING A RESERVATION TAKEN FROM AT ANOTHER LOCATION, OWNERSHIP BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS FANTASTIC IN ACCOMODATING WHAT WE NEEDED (KING SIZE BED - FIRST FLOOR). ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. MINI FRIDGE CAME IN HANDY AS WELL. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF I'M IN THE AREA AGAIN.

NO COMPLAINTS - EVERTHING WE NEEDED WAS TAKEN CARE OF FOR US.

Convenience to highway and location was close enough for my son's friends to come get him to do things and having a Dollar Store close by was nice.

Elevator didn't work and we had a lot of luggage and bags to get to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was mediocre, only ended up having it 1 day. Rudeness of other guests late in visit by them letting their doors slam shut and loud talking in hallway at 2 a.m.

"It’s a nice hotel. Nice pool. They just do not clean the hotel properly. And the broken elevator was a huge problem."

I liked that it had an indoor pool. And it was in the location I needed.

The pool has rust all over the sides. Not well maintained. My remote didn’t work. The elevator was broken. The halls were not swept. Lots of trash. Bathtub faucet kept running. Tub had rust at the bottom. The sink faucet wouldn’t drain for a long time.
