Comfort Inn Pine Grove I-81 Hershey Area

Pool was closed

The room was dirty and had someone’s shaved beard whiskers in the bathroom sink. The sheets were not changed from the last guest use. Asked for clean sheets and the person at the desk said they did no have extra sheets available. We were moved to a new room which was a little cleaner but very damp. I could feel the dampness on the carpet and beds.

Nothing the place smelled like weed so bad when I got there.

The water pressure was horrible. The door didn’t even wanna shut.

Very disappointed

Everything especially staff cleaning lady was rude and so was management

Pas de petit déjeuner, même si c'était qu'il y avait un petit déjeuner sur la réservation.

Nice lobby

The shower has rust in the bottom the first room we were in the sinked leaked so all the towels were soak and wet so moved us to another room. The breakfast is terrible very very limited stuff and I dont think this hotel should be open without doing renovations

Rust in the tub. Mold on the lamp shade. Stains all over the bed. Breakfast wasn't cooked all the way

Everything the place smelled of piss the linen was covered in piss they refused to give us a new room or replace the linen or pillows in both room I reported it to the guy at front desk and told him I was done so we left
