Comfort Inn Pine Grove I-81 Hershey Area

Nothing the place to stay. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in a light. Rooms were damp and dark. Decor was depressing.

A pleasant surprise considering it is a value priced hotel. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Breakfast was also included. Do yourself a favor and DONT go to the dinner down the street. That place is awful. I did a separate review of them. This hotel is awesome and ill stay here again when in the area.

This hotel had musty smell even in the lobby when we checked in. We should’ve left then to find another hotel but it was 10 PM. The AC unit in our room did not work at all, which was why our room smelled of mildew. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom showed signs of brown rust in the shower, which we Could not use and also had a sewage smell. Rooms were dated along with the lobby that had one TV that did not work. The continental breakfast was very minimal and mediocre. Ending on a positive note the person that checked us in was very pleasant For working that late at night.

The property was disgusting! We didn't stay and after I showed them pictures of the room they refunded me. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The pillows should've been tossed years ago! They were lumpy, folded in half and put in a pillowcase. The sheets looked like they weren't changed, they had something sparkly on parts of them. The carpet near the baseboards in the hall and room had months worth of dust and dirt. The layout of the room was nice, but that was it.

The front desk attendant was very curtious, helpful, and professional.

The entire building was run down. The room was rundown, dirtyand in need of repair. I immediately went to the closest store to purchase disinfectant and shower shoes. I took a few pictures but didn't take pictures of everything. Now I wished I had!

Location is good, hotel looks good from the outside.

Not so clean inside, damaged shower, rest of some food in the shelf (candies, chips). We had to change the room. Very simple breakfest, coffe machine, meshed eggs, wafles. Interior should be renovated. Old carpets, not properly cleand, old furniture, old bath and shower, squeeking noise from the beds

Air didnt work and neither did the blow dryer
