Comfort Inn Pine Grove I-81 Hershey Area

The staff were friendly. Coffee was good but its hard to mess that up.

our room TV didn't work. The front desk had to come up and get it working BOTH DAYS WE WERE THERE. The sink handle came off. There was no safety latch for the door. The tub had a rust stain and couldn't be turned off. There was an earring that a previous guest left that wasn't cleaned up properly and my sister stepped on it. The air conditioner didn't cut on one time and said the room was 62 when it was clearly warmer. Breakfast eggs were basically gone and no one refilled them and there was still 2 hours left for breakfast time. And it is not even close to Hershey, PA its a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place!

Breakfast was horrible. There were no drink options besides coffee. The food tasted terrible. The beds hurt my back something crazy. There was a strong chemical like disinfectant smell in the room and in the bed. Whatever chemical they used caused me to itch and break out whenever i laid on the bed. The bathroom was oddly set up with the sink outside out it and no garbage can. The toilet paper dispenser was ripped out of the wall. The fridge didn't stay closed and i had to prop something against it. The pool was slimey feeling i didn't go past my ankles before getting out. There was a creepy man on the first floor who kept following my very young children around and staring at them till i finally yelled at him. Overall a terrible experience and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Guy a the front desk could not find my reservation.had to wait an hour for him to find it..told me it was my fault i booked the wrong day . And i did not . Then blamed it on booking.com. bed was hard. No toilet paper in room and no towels.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location. Have stayed here before.

There was hair all over the beds, bathroom that was long and black and my hair is blonde and fiancé isn’t long. The part on the door to put the latch for the lock was held on by one screw so we were afraid to use it.

You need Directions for the TV. Refrigerator not level, needed to prop door shut. I was told the resv that I booked through Bookking.com wasn't there. but later he found it under my 7 y/o grandson's name. unknown how that could be. He swiped my son-in-laws card and then said it didn't go through so he swipped again. He siad he would reverse the charge right away when he found our actual reservation. My son-in law said there was still (2) pending charges as of Sunday and no reimbursments. The breakfast bar was barley stocked at 7:00 am. Eggs were cold, sausage wasn't cook right. cherrio cereal was almot empty. No butter out for toast. The guy said there was no butter then he found two pks later.
