Location Price Desk clerk/manager was very polite and cooperative.

Shaby room and furnishings. Continental breakfast was very poor; cereal was basically empty for both days, creamer was curdled both days, Staff walked barking dogs through the hall at 4 or 5 on the morning.

I didn't find any bed bugs

The shower head broke in one of the rooms no towels available due to washer broke, used same towels for three days. rooms could have been cleaner

"Wish we booked somewhere else."

The continental breakfast was amazing.

Check in staff was extremely rude, room wasn't the nicest or cleanest, tub needed to be cleaned prior to use, sinks needed wiped out, floor could've been swept, needed dusted. The main purpose of booking here was the pool, and upon arrival, the rude employee stated that the pool was out of order needing repairs and the third party we booked with shoulda informed us and that we jus had to deal with it.
