Breakfast was okay not great but it’s a buffet potatoes are good. Staff was very friendly

The room was super hot even though kept trying to turn down thermostat. The pool was often not open. Our room was right next to freeway so a bit loud at night. But overall beds were nice everything was clean and staff was friendly. A front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and gave me a fan for the room.

Everything was fine until I showed up to go to my room and all the power was out. I was escorted to climbing 9 flights of stairs to get my stuff to leave. No backup generators, no apologies, no offer to find me another place to stay, no nothing. I was just told they had no power and to get my stuff and leave. That's it. What a joke! No service, no nothing. Just climb to the 9th floor and grab your crap and go. Good thing I'm not disabled. I am understand that stuff happens but there was Zero service and Zero help with any part of me having to leave. No phone call or email or text ahead of time that they were having an issue. No nothing. Had to show up and be surprised that now I have to rush and leave and find something else on my own. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They care nothing for their guests at all. Especially when there is a big problem and apparently it's just the guest's problem to deal with on their own. This hotel and its owners can go to hell.

Location, wasnt bad. Price wasn't bad- bed comfy, cleaned. The lady that checked me in! Fantastic, very kind.

Parking-the lot was FULL! Had to park elsewhere just to get to the hotel. I didnt like the fact, their wouldnt be a refund if you needed to cancel. Things DO come up. The lobby was pure chaos! - people didnt know where to go or anything My door didn't really latch-

The public areas were very nice looking. It was very close to where we were going and not hard to get to.

The bed moved so easily that it shook every time some one even just moved a small bit. The walls were paper thin and you could everything in the room next to you

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! 1. Parking lot and garage condemmed due to structure issues. You must park across the street In Mercy Hospital lot and walk with all of your bags etc. You cant pull up to the door and even drop off. 2. Our room was a constant 90-95 degrees. MISERABLE in April. The desk clerk stated "everyting is from the 1960s so when the heat is on the heat is on there is no controlling it." We ended up with a box fan and the windows open about 6", we had the hall door open and the window with the fan in the window. It was like Camping in a abandoned hotel. They would not refund or let me cancel my upcoming nights either as they were already pre booked. TERRIBE experience.
