Morning and afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to arena.

Late evening staff was borderline rude. Didn’t want to be bothered answering follow up questions.

nothing - we went in search of alternate accommodations after learning everything in the hotel was closed. We checked out after finding another hotel but they refused a refund.

No shuttle available on arrival, the parking lot was closed due to not being up to city codes. In below zero temperatures we had to drag our luggage through the ice and snow across the street to the hotel. Pool was closed, Restaurant was closed, Bar was closed...NOTHING but a bed to sleep in was available. Upon arriving back home I notice my luggage was damaged from all the salt slush.
