Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Conference Ctr/Airpt/Bricktown

Got here and paid for 4 nights. We arrived to room and there were no towels or wash cloths, had to go to the front to get them and that was fine. What wasn’t fine was the rude cleaning ladies screaming at us and knocking on our door every 30 minutes. This lasted from 9:30- 11AM and finally they started BANGING on our door. Telling us we had to leave!!! RIDICULOUS!! So I go out to see what the issue is and this lady has so much attitude and is so rude to me rather than trying to solve the issue. Turns out they had never even checked me into the correct room. I went to communicate with the front desk lady and she told me they could give me an extra night for all the trouble. COME THE NEXT DAY THE MANAGER SLIDES A PIECE OF PAPER UNDER OUR DOOR SAYING THEY WILL not give an extra night because we had no towels. It’s not about the towels it’s about your organization and customer service and there is NONE HERE.

Never in my 67 years of life have I ever had to buy ice at a hotel....Really?

Hotel in poor condition, as though it is in the first stages of remodel. Pool shut down and empty, whole sections of hotel A/C down, carpets worn and grounds in poor condition. Hotel personnel kind and helpful but generally admitted they were helpless concerning hotel condition.

Old carpet, loose and shaky toilet, constant water drip in tub, no ice machine had to buy, smelly hallway with trash bags by door, needs to be updated!

The costumer service was really good very clean place and there restaurant was excellent the indoor pool was empty 😔 and the bar closes to early but other than 2 things very awesome place to stay

Every amenity cost money and staff were not helpful

It smelled musty. Our air conditioner did not work, and after telling the front desk, no one ever came to check it out. The ice machine didn't work, either, but there weren't any ice buckets anyway.

The property was horrendous, it was stated to be a none smoking property but the entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom toilet didn’t work, the shower was filthy, and it was dog hair everywhere, did not stay the full 2 nights

I am representing a school and children participating in a OSSAA event. There were random people walking around. Many rooms had 10 plus people and big pit bull dogs. Our sponsors felts our students were not safe. We moved some female students in the middle of the night. The next morning we relocated to another hotel. We have tried to get a refund and have been denied.

We were on a school trip with students. Lots of strange random people just walking around. Rooms that were overcrowded with loud people who had big pit bull dogs. We took female students and sponsors to another hotel for safety reasons.
