Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Conference Ctr/Airpt/Bricktown

Do not stay here. Looks like they’re dealing drugs out of this hotel. People and dogs in the hallway all night long. The entire place is sketchy and run down. We left as soon as we could. Scary. There were only 20 cars in the parking lot when we arrived from the airport at 1 in the morning. It is close to the airport so that was a plus. Our room was 44 degrees and took two hours to warm up. I would have left if it wasn’t so late. The lobby is empty and there are handwritten signs for products on shelves that are empty. It’s like the management has given up. We heard people. Mind and going all night with barking dogs. Like I said don’t stay here.

The hotel seemed clean upon checkin. Beds were comfortable. No evidence of insects. To update, Wyndham needs to address the following: 1) Maintain equipment. Ice machine on second floor not functioning. No sign indicating thus. 2) Train staff in hospitality. 3) Hire more employees to staff kitchen and housekeeping. 4) The pool looked dirty from the elevator. 5)Trucks were running in the parking lot all night.

Best hotel in Oklahoma City, Wyndham Garden hotel by OKC. No wonder they have been voted the best hotel in Oklahoma City. Excellent guest service. Every single staff was above and beyond especially Shanice. Food was excellent room was super clean. Very safe place for family WOW.

Terrible hotel. Started off without the type of room I booked and paid for. Restaurant was never open. Homeless were just wandering in and bathing in the indoor pool. Locks were broken on all 3 rooms I switched to when they weren’t clean. Stayed 6 days and the police were there 5 days that dealing with druggies.

There weren’t lightbulbs in any lamps, I was charged incorrectly but the staffed worked to get it taken care of.

Room 204 AC did not work well. The room was 70°F the whole time and was a little bit too warm. We had changed the thermostat and still nothing changed. I had used a “complimentary room upgrade” card that I had received from our previous stay.

Not the best but definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The Good. 1.) Bed was clean & Comfy 2.) No bugs in the room3.) check in was super quick4.) they brought me a hair dryer when I requested it.The bad and the ugly. 1.)Bathroom was in disrepair and the water had a weird taste2.) the toilet was tricky to flush3.) The bathroom was in need of a makeover and didn’t have a hair dryer4.)A pair of underwear from a previous guest was left in the bathroom 5.) the room had a funny smell6.) The hotel had an eerie quiet and dark pool area straight from a Stephen king novel7.) other guests were loud and apparently liked to smoke right outside of our window even after 9PM.

Long Walk to Your Room. Very Long. They need back doors fixed and Security. Breakfast is barely ok. It was a Disappointment. Half the price for much better places all along Meridian
