Words cannot express how disappointed I was in my stay. They are NOTHING like their website. I was very much looking forward to the pool. In fact it was one of the main reaspns I picked the place. Only to be told once I got there that the pool was shut down, nothing on the website about that tad bit. But I suppose I learned my lesson to call ahead about something like that. That was just the beginning. The 'restaurant' wasn't open, they had no convenience shopping, nothing was stocked. Broken windows and falling in ceilings. Put the do not disturb sign up and the main STILL came in. When checking in your told they are not pet friendly and will recieve a 250$ fine, but the yapping dogs in the room next to us proved otherwise. Barely any TV channels, no wifi, smelled like weed in the hallway. The continental breakfast was a joke. Powder eggs and dry potatoes with stale bagels and cereal. Terrible coffee. The room doors were questionable and the keys hardly every worked. Ripped shower/windows curtains with cigarette burns and paint. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. However they did have clean comfy bed/pillows. So there's that atleast. What's sad is I did my research before hand, not sure how they are receiving good reviews on Google but it's a farce. "Award winning" my ass I am never staying at a Wyhamd establishment again.

My stay was great the only bad or negative thing I have to complain about is I never received my deposit back from the property and if it weren't for that I would continue to stay and would refer anyone to stay as well

disappointed the pool was closed, this should be revealed on booking. hotel was hard to navigate.

Immediately walked in and the lady at the front desk had an attitude. Walked not our room and notice how there were burn marks on the carpets. Room had a funky smell. Water smelt really gross and when filling a cup there was a lot of sediment from the water. I let the faucet run for a bit and sediment was still in the water. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the hotel. Would not recommend staying and we will never be staying again.

Our first room smelled horrible, the lady at the front desk was very nice and switched our room. But the hotel did not feel safe. There were people in and out from behind the front desk that didn’t look like they should have worked there. Hall ways smelled like weed. We have stayed several years in a row at this hotel but this was the last time we will ever stay there. Seemed like shady things went down there.

I booked online and the site didn’t communicate to the actual hotel. So the nice lady at the front desk tried her best to accommodate the over booking issue. Which took forever checking in. On top of getting moved to a different room than what I booked. I paid for a 2 queens and got a king suit which sound great until you ask adults to sleep on a pull out couch. Mind you I booked 3 days because of an event. Couch did not come with bedding so I had to ask. I was handed a sheet and had to ask for a blanket also. Room only had 2 towel s so I had to ask for more and was handed a shredded end towel. The room A/C fit tent work right at all when I walked in it was hot and musty. Picked this hotel because of the beautiful pool area which was closed but nothing online said anything about it. Overall the room was clean the building looks amazing on the outside and loved the plants.

The room was not ready when we arrived. They gave us the key to get in and we had to pick up trash.One bed had to be stripped and we had to go to the front desk to get clean bedding to make the bed ourselves.
