Friendly staff and good breakfast

Maintenance issues and pool closed,

Very Quiet. Has a Laundry Room.

Pet Friendly. People bring their Dogs

Great location. Good AC and WiFi. Good breakfast. Easy parking.

Bathroom fan broken? Pillows too big, generic. Shower curtains are too small leading to water on the floor everytime.

The staff. One person in particular just put a really bad taste in my mouth. Endless attitude and not accommodating. I called for early check in. Got the okay from the apparent call center? When I arrived at the hotel I got met with attitude from the front desk woman saying “oh are you checking in? Because you can’t. Come back at 4”. Explained the situation and just repeated herself. She was also never not on the phone. She really made me not want to stay.

It looked very nice.

The location was not in a good location. But that was probably because we arrived late in the evening. It was also a little bit difficult to find our room, maybe you should give us what building (A, B, or C) aside from giving the room number and just saying: “you’re all the way to the back”

部屋は清潔でレストラン・バーもおしゃれ。幹線道路沿いだが宿泊棟の大部分は道路から離れておりうるさくもない。朝食も充分。

たまたまだと思うが、宿泊したうちの1日がプールが使えず、その日はプール・サイドで休養の予定だったので残念だった。
