We had a lot of Noise from a very loud guest early hrs for a good hr . This was perhaps a spoiler and a room phone would have helped as we couldn’t call down to report it so we did lose sleep

I booked nonrefundable then I wanted to shift the reservation for 1 day due to plans change, same number of nights but 1 day later, Hotel refused to move the reservation for just 1 day claiming that there is no availability in the day after But i booked this day after separately which raise a serious question about customer focus and transparency

Very close to the train station and the weekly Nanterre market. Room was very clean and hotel staff were friendly. Room key access required for the front door which is a nice safety feature. Breakfast is available, but we did not have time to try it out.

The safe in the room did not work and the hotel staff did not know how to get it working.

Really friendly staff & nice comfortable modern clean room !

Good location, staff really friendly. Rooms basic but OK for a night or two.

No fridge in the room, bathrooms quite small. Dusty on the bed frame.
