The Sefton

The property was very clean & central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful especially as I had my 88 yr old father away for a break.

The parking is a bit of a “hit & miss” especially as there is only a few designated ones underneath at the back. Plus the lifts are soooo slow !!!

Good location, good F&B options for the evening

Room was way too hot and the fan was ineffective.

The room was spacious, modern bathroom, clean and tidy, lovely balcony over the Atrium. Staff were helpful and friendly.

nice comfy room, very warm too! (which was very important in a very cold April!) nice and helpful staff. we liked the "classic hotel" vibe. the atrium is really cool too. decent breakfast to fuel travelling around the island.

The location was perfect. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn't complain about anything but we had an evacuation for a fire alarm one morning which seemed a little disorganized.

The view was wonderful. Staff were very helpful and polite. Situated in a perfect place for buses, trams, trains and other local attractions.

Room very dated. Our particular room had an high step up to bathroom and also an high step to window seating area. There were many older people staying and I am sure they would have found these steps difficult. Although I am happy to reuse towels, I personally think no housekeeping for 3 days isn’t acceptable. I would prefer daily housekeeping to replenish hospitality tray, and provide clean cups. If towels are on the rail, no need to change.
