Lazeaway club was awesome. Food was delicious with even better service. Marina made us feel welcomed, gave us solid food suggestions and made the entire experience 10/10. We will definitely be back!

Sierra, who works at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful!! She was patient and kind on the phone and answered a ton of questions! Then was just as warm when I met her and she help check us all in! We had a wonderful stay. The pool was a highlight for the kids (and me too)!

My friend and I spent a weekend getaway at the hotel. It has a great retro ‘60s Palm Springs vibe. The pool area was literally the central attraction; a great place to relax and unwind. We stayed on property for dinner and the restaurant patio was fantastic. Marina elevated our dinner experience by being efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was the highlight of our trip!

Such an amazing place ! Super cute and the vibe makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Our server Nate was amazing ! Attentive , friendly and great service. Would totally come again :)

My wife and I booked a poolside suite at the Flamingo for Wine Road’s Barrel Tasting weekend. Unfortunately, our car had other plans and developed a mechanical issue on the drive up. What could have been a major headache turned into a surprisingly restorative weekend thanks to the Flamingo and its terrific staff. With temperatures hitting 81 degrees on a Saturday in early March, we leaned into it and enjoyed the hotel. The vibe was relaxed and upbeat from the moment we arrived. The front desk team could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Zachary, Christina, and Kaylee welcomed us warmly, and Sierra was a delight when we needed to extend our stay while the car was being repaired. The pool area was already set for the day, which felt like a gift given the unexpected free time. Poolside cocktails even came with fresh flowers as garnishes, a small but thoughtful touch. We walked across the street to Yeti for an early dinner, and the tandoori chicken was the clear winner. Later that evening, the hotel hosted a wine hour featuring Francis Ford Coppola wines, which was a treat and helped us feel like we still managed to capture a little wine country magic after all. The hot tub that night did wonders for the day’s stress. The next morning, breakfast from Lazeaway hit the spot. Smoked salmon and an omelet fueled us before heading out to meet friends for Barrel Tasting. When we returned later that afternoon, the room was spotless and the pool was once again calling our name. My wife also booked a 50-minute restorative facial at the spa and came back absolutely glowing. Leslie at spa reception had robe and slippers ready and suggested a steam, sauna, and soak beforehand, which she loved. Her esthetician, Shawnee, clearly knows her craft and made the whole experience exceptional. All told, the Flamingo turned what could have been a stressful weekend into a restful, rejuvenating one. The staff is truly next level, and we’re very grateful for the hospitality. Until next time.

I joined my husband and his daughter for the annual Tattoos & Blues event. We require a disabled parking spot and when we arrived they were blocked off. I saw a woman with a name tag walk past me. Her name was Mia (a new Manager to the restaurant) and when I mentioned our situation, her eyes lit up in such a way that showed me that she was very concerned about our need and she immediately went to check on the status of the parking. She came back right away and was planning to assist us in moving the delineation device and rub one blocking off the parking area, but someone beat us to it and the spot was opened for us right away. Mia apologized and invited me to let her k ow if we had any other needs during the event. I passed Mia several times throughout the day and each time her entire face and eyes showed kindness and genuine concern for how we were doing. To be honest, I had no idea she worked in the restaurant, I thought she was a regular hotel employee. She never differentiated between the two and had a truly dedicated approach to service. I popped into the restaurant to purchase a couple of drinks for my family and Mia took my order, came right back with my drinks on a tray for ease of carrying them and even covered the cost of the beverages, stating it was “The least we can do because of our inconvenience.” As someone who worked in the realm of ADA and disability accommodations, I can honestly say I have only ever seen one other person in my entire life who was as concerned and kindly driven to excel at taking care of our accommodation needs. She had only been employed there for a few days as well! What an incredible asset the Flamingo has in Mia! She was absolutely magnificent! I can’t wait to look for her to say hello next time I visit the Flamingo!

Gabe is the man. Impeccable service and table attendance. Our whole party had a great time due to his energy. Keep that one around, pay him more.
