Bed was comfortable

No microwave in room. Dirty pool and hot tub. Underage kids were allowed in hot tub, stupid coffee machine. Staff cleaned out room when we told them not to.

"Nice visit"

The staff were friendly and attentive. They checked up on me multiple times and my server Amayah was amazing! I got the dumplings which were just okay and the bao buns which tasted great. Everything was clean and decorated nicely at the restaurant for lunar new year. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back with my boyfriend! Such a nice outdoor vibe as well it was still chilly when I went so I sat inside but they did have heaters out there too. Would come back during the summer to enjoy the nice weather and pool. The only thing I'll mention was that the bathroom sink soap dispensers on the ladies side, none of them worked but 1. Other than that 10/10 experience.

"Best Resort in Santa Rosa!"

I had the best time at this hotel! It has a ton of amenities and activity to enjoy you’ll want to stay much longer. From the spa, gym, sauna and steam room to the beautiful pool area, it has everything you’d want and need. I’ll definitely be back!

"An unexpected gem in Santa Rosa"

This is a beautifully designed resort. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and exceptionally well maintained but the real standout was the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had a lovely time.
