The Prestige Hotel Penang, a Member of Design Hotels

Loved this hotel, the pool was stunning, perfect temperature and often very quiet. A must-have for how hot it is in February. The location was perfect, a short walk from all the attractions. The staff were lovely. The hotel is carpeted, even the rooms, meaning it’s so super quiet which I loved, got some great sleeps! Room service food very tasty and reasonably priced. Didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay at the Prestige for three weeks over Chinese New Year celebrations. The standards of customer service provided by the staff was second to none and our room was kept to a very high standard for the duration of our stay. We would like to give special mention to Adam in the glasshouse restaurant who was extremely helpful not only to us but all the customers he served. If we come back to Penang we will definitely go back and would highly recommend the Prestige.

Tolles Hotel im Kolonialstil, schöne bequeme Zimmer, gutes Bett Kaffee (Nespresso), Tee, Softdrinks in der Minibar inklusive, diese werden jeden Tag nachgefüllt, auch Filme on Demand inklusive Trinkwasser kommt aus einem extra Wasserhahn - das nenn ich mir Umweltschutz topp! Sehr nettes freundliches Personal, an der Rezeption, beim Housekeeping super auf Zack und ganz lieb Adam, vom Glashouse Service, mit dem wir nette Gespräche geführt haben Wir hatten kein Frühstück - dazu können wir nichts sagen aber der Frühstücksraum im Glashouse ist sehr geschmackvoll

Eigentlich nichts, - wenn man was finden will, zur Primetime, zwischen Sightseeing-Tour und Abendessen, kann der Platz am Pool etwas eng werden

The property had a very strong smell of some sort of room freshener everywhere. It was especially strong in our room. Imagine breathing through a tube of strong perfume 24h. Not very nice is, it?

I recently stayed at The Prestige Hotel with my husband. We had a pleasant spacious room which was very clean and very quiet. The bed was spacious and comfortable and the shower very good. We found the staff friendly and very helpful. Above all The Prestige is very well located to walk around the heritage buildings and museums in Georgetown and has very good restaurants closeby.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. A big mention to Zain who gave us the warmest greeting when we arrived and ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. Zain was so helpful, kind and friendly and went over and above to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, easy walking to the main areas.

Possibly the gym was very small
