Property looks run down, cracks in building facia with poor attempt to repair gave it the overall sense that this was a low end cared for hotel that is just for money not for customer appeal and service was so so nothing to brag about as checking in the person at the counter was on personal phone call and not to concerned customers were waiting to check in. Rooms seemed decently clean, but carpet appeared to have been replaced somewhat recently so not sure what the overall condition would have been without the site of something new giving appearance of cleanness.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very nice. Carpet was nice, seemed newer. Bed was fine. No issues there.

When you first walk in, it is like you are choking on air freshener or perfume. Then you can see right into the laundry and it's a mess. The pool room is very nasty. Moldy windows, ceiling coming apart, floors coming up... bathroom in room was kind of gross. Pool room had no towels, then when we got some they were not very nice, stained...all different kind of towels...no hot tub also
