The staff member at check in barely spoke to us. She did not smile and was not welcoming. The room was ok but the heater was unplugged when we arrived and it was -25 degrees outside. When we got the heater working it was LOUD and made noise all night. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. At least the water was warm for showers. This room needed some attention. We had to leave very early in the morning and it was nice that there was coffee and some breakfast foods out already.

The receptionist was very professional and nice, the bed was comfortable, the room and a small coffee pot ,microwave and small refrigerator in it. I couldn't say anything about breakfast due too having to leave early to catch a flight out. But i would stay again if im in town. Thank you

Nice breakfast great location beds was super comfy

Check in was a total joke the lady didn’t know what she was doing I booked the hotel a month out for a king bed and got put into a queen and when I tried to to say I didn’t want that she said well sorry we have your room out to someone else will never stay there again should hire desk help that knows what they are doing total joke

"NOT Pleasant "

When we checked in they put us in a room that was already occupied. Then they gave us a different room. The bathroom stunk like they used an old washcloth to clean it. The TV was too small, it was hard to see due to my limited vision. AND the next morning while I was getting dressed there was a big bug crawling by the nightstand between the beds. I killed it and put it on a napkin for the housekeeper to see. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again
