price bed wasn't to bad

room and hotel smelled the pool and hot tub were down. After talking to people in the area it has been down for years the walls were bashed in hotel smelled musty and like curry

I did like how your crappy app and website, Booking.com runs you in circles trying to reach customer service. Well done customer service!, you failed to provide any service at all for this customer!

Could not have been any worse!🙅‍♂️ Motel told me I did not have a reservation even after seeing my confirmation email and booking!

I stay at the hotel because it has a pool, so my grandson can swim. The pool was closed and drained. Had i known this i would have stayed elsewhere. The television and remote didn't work correctly and i told the desk clerk. He came in and messed with for a second and got it to work a little. The remote still would not work the volume or on and off. He acted like i was not very smart and left. Doubt I'll stay there again. I have stayed several times before as my daughter lives there.
