Horrible. Wouldn't stay here again. Bed was hard as a rock. Mold in the bathtub. Holes in the wall. Stained carpet. Just awful.

The whole reason I booked this room was because it had a pool and hot tub. When we checked in I talked about having kids and grandkids coming to swim in the pool and nobody said anything. We did not know the pool was unavailable until we walked up to the pool. This is false advertisement and a bait and switch scam

Pretty much everything else was pleasant. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the place was clean. The bed was decent.

Our room, 120, had what looked like mold in the bathroom in a small corner behind the door.

The front desk staff were very rude, explaining that our family could not visit us at the hotel. The phone didn't work, paint was peeling of walls, bathrooms needed a lot of work and updating.
