Quality Inn Arkansas City North

The property itself seemed clean and well taken care of. But the chemical smell in the hotel hits you in the face and nearly suffocates you. It was so bad I felt like i could taste it. I personally had to go sleep outside in my vehicle just so i could breathe. I would definitely steer clear of this place if you are senitive to smells or have any type of breathing issues or allergies. I hope they can solve this issue. I would say that it was reasonably priced for the room space and facility, however due to the fact that I couldn't even sleep in the room I paid for on a very chilly night I really didnt want to give it one star.

For the price it’s a decent hotel. Pool wasn’t working but that wasn’t a need for us.

Loved the atrium and how the rooms were set up around it. Had a small "arcade" for the kids to enjoy.

That the pool and hot tub were not operational, and that it wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking the room.

DON’T STAY AT THIS DUMP! THE BED HAD BEDBUGS!!! They were unapologetic about the bedbugs and eventually moved me to a so-called “good” room. The management was terribly rude. The property supposedly has an indoor pool which was inoperable and partially drained with the remaining water having a nasty scum on top. T

While the property was inexpensive, it is old and smells old. The building is in fair shape, but needs some updating . Room was clean. The pool was disgusting and soupy. We chose not to even try the breakfast. I would not stay here again .

Older hotel. Need to upgrade a few rooms as the hotel is not busy. Courtyard is nice
