Crazy "atrium" with pool and games. Large windows open to the atrium. We loved it!

All was good. Friendly and fast check in!

Room was very dirty, dust falling from ceiling and vent, smelled musty and moldy. Pool was out of service. Requested a refund immediately upon checking into room due to filthy condition and was denied a refund.

The air conditioning worked fantastically.

A lot. There were cheetos on the stairs we used to go from our car to our room for our entire stay. No one cleaned them up. My children were playing in the arcade and one of the machines ate 50 cents. When they went to go ask for a refund they were told "Some of the machines aren't working... soooo" and refused to give them a refund. It made them not want to go back. When we used the vending machine it charged my card an extra $1.50. Which pisses me off. So a total of $2 was stolen from my family in the 3 days we were there. My daughter at one point said "that's how they scam you" and at the time I didn't think she was necessarily right.. now I do. Also, the dxxx pool wasn't working. It looked very gross. Combined, it made for a bad experience.

This property had holes in the walls sticky smelly carpets, non functioning televisions and phones, the carpets were very sticky and stained throughout the building. And the pool nor the hot tub were in working condition, (I was not informed during checkin) the smell inside the building was horrendous. The advertisement for this place is a complete scam, trick me for my money. A refund would make me feel better, but this quality inn has ZERO quality,

Pool is not functional. Has been down for months, and no expectation being reopened any time soon. We were informed “you got a discount” for the pool being down from front desk, yet we paid full rate well before it was mentioned. SMH. Good for overnight sleep, but not a nice building. Old and no renovations for years.

They have an indoor arcade with a pool table and the rooms were good size. The staff was friendly and made sure we had a good time. We had issues with our tv and the front desk took care of it immediately. Overall I would stay there again.

Was quiet because only a few people were staying there. Breakfast was good.

The staff was not very friendly. Right away worried about raping, smoking in room or trashing it. Didn't smile Didn't welcome me. Didn't thank me for staying with them. Building and rooms could really use updates. There was paint on bathroom floor. The corners of the floor near the tub were full of dirt and mold. Some ceiling tiles could be replaced. Some of the entrance doors were damaged. One of them wouldn't even lock and shut. The pool was supposedly closed for maintenance and painting. Yet, it was full of water and never seen anyone working on it. So, my personal feelings is it was closed to lower utilities. The parking lot was full of broken glass. I had a hard time finding a spot near my entrance without broken glass in it. There are pot holes in the parking lot. I paid a $134.00 for 2 nights. Guess I got what I expected for that price. Just being sarcastic. I feel should have been better. If I were to go again. I would stay at the Super 8 next door or I would make the short drive to windshield and stay at the Super 8 or Quality Inn there. They let me look around their hotels and see their rooms and property. A whole world of difference.

Only issue I had was the pool and hot tub was not working and gonna be a bit to fix and all. So couldn't use ether items and there is no bar there for alcohol drinks. They need to correct that. It's listed there is a bar and there is no bar. Everything else was wonderful! Went to swim lol
