The pool was full of nasty water right next to the food area ! Disgusting

It was horrible we chose not to stay after arriving it was really super gross. This place shouldn't be a option on the site to stay at.

Clean, pleasant and comfortable

No protein to speak of for breakfast; mainly carbs

This is definitely an older hotel that once was a real nice place but not any more. The pool was broken and the whole area around it was dirty looking. Definitely not as nice of hotel as pictures show!

You need more things on there,you need eggs ,and bacon sausage ect..

The friend I had with me her room had bed bugs,she had to switch rooms at 2:00 am in the morning. She didn't get any sleep..

Property was good and clean

The trash cans were full outside, and there was trash laying on the around it

Checked in late. Did not immediately go to bed. When we did, found bed was broken. Too late to change rooms so endured the night. Next morning, notified front desk of broken bed. Was asked why didn't report immediately. Told them too late. Was pretty much accused of breaking bed and was informed of damage fee of $250.00. After arguing with manager, we checked out of Quality in and moved to a Best Western. WILL NOT be staying at this hotel again and will think twice about staying at ANY QUALITY INN for future stays. Checking out was best part of this experience.

Whole attitude of manager. Impression was put towards me and my family due to my size, that was reason for broken bed. Felt insulted and embarrassed by whole incident. Instead of trying to make situation better it was made worse by repeating the $250 damage fee for room and contents. My uncle prepaid for this room for me. I rented an extra room to accommodate other family members that accompanied me for a family visit. I informed my uncle on Sat. of incident.

Probably was nice 20 years ago but showing its age now.
